I thought they were good. The real Flakes are way too sweet. It makes me sick, although, the 1/3 less are still very sweet.

I have a bad addiction to sweets, so they are great for me.
I eat them for dinner sometimes or as a snack - my puppy loves them too! She hears me get the box out and comes running!
