The reality is had he not posted that nonsense statement about online student not being alumni I wouldn't have wrote to Alumni relations and asked the question, at which point she volunteered to check all the records available to her to search this out even going to the registrars office to try and see if there was any one who graduated with the last name of Vaughn in 2008 even trying alternate spellings.
Baron, what does it matter, Bro.? Be honest with yourself. Does him having or not having a degree change anything? Were the two of you buddies before you found out he doesn't have a degree, and now your friendship is at stake?

Well I think he was representing the school poorly. He was referring to it by the wrong name and giving incorrect information about it. I don't care what he claims to be, or preach, or think, but it does put a bee in my bonnet when he misrepresents the school. If I claimed something about Kenneth Haney that wasn't correct, I would be "corrected" very quickly. Regent may not be an Apostolic school, but it is a Christian School, and should be represented well...

IMHO

I am sure Regent will survive DV claiming to have a degree from there. If it could somehow be proven he learned all the Branham stuff there, then I'd say Regent might have a problem on their hands.

THAT IS MY POINT RICO!
They don't teach that. There are a lot of potential students here, and that could be a huge negative if they assume he learned his theology there... Unlike Baron and I, who represent it well

I tell my own kids who all adults now never give out info on yourself, even on Godplace, you just never know. Quite awhile back Godsplace had a very bad thing happen to a teenage gal 16, she was a member of the chat forum she was engaging with a male member for quit sometime, who claim to be a youth pastors, they set up a date to meet.

Sadly for her it ended up in rape he was in his 30's. I along with other member recived an E-mail informing it's membership of what took place and was reminding people not to give out info on ones self, even in a godly forum.

As for Dr V I would say the same thing, unless you know these people beware!

Ok I must really go, I'm trying to get out of work....
In this circumstance, this advice is not applicable. DV has given out mountains of personal info, including family history and links to his MySpace page.
