Right. The best production is with Colin Firth. It is most true to the original novel. The above production veers away so horribly, BUT when Darcy walks across the field -long coat and determined steps - I can be forgiving of it.

I agree, there is no production like the BBC one with Colin Firth/Jennifer Ehle, but the new one is pretty good.
Yes the "walk across the field" scene is to die for!
