What new outreach or evangelism has been started in the past 30 years?

We now have a department in Home Missions called "Amish Evangelism".

And no, I am not joking. Does anyone see the irony?

If so, what figures, the UPC or all Apostolics?
I have heard stats from this book that "the AOG is shrinking and we are growing." Your stats state the AOG grew by 15%. So, is it another Apostolic Legend that the AOG is shrinking?

We created the "Why I Do Not Have a Television" tract.
Does that count?

If we are to trust the AOG's own numbers they have grown incredibly in the last 10 measured years. Our own orgs published numbers pale in comparison.

For instance, the attendance increase since 1994 that I posted from the AOG equals almost a third of THE ENTIRE UPC in North America.

How would you improve on the corporate structure of the UPCI?
It already is broken down into business modules that in state settings can be very responsive (and sometimes not so).
It does not have an authoritarian head - it perhaps could be more responsive if it did.
Leadership functions within the parameters of the corporate guidelines with the inherent boundaries and limitations.
Now, here is the challenge. A Corporation with a Board of Directors can make a decision and implement it on their own timetable. A religious organization that functions in a congregational and ministerial membership model cannot. Major issues and even minor pricing issues such as membership fees must be passed by the General Conference.
Within those parameters what would you have to say to the General Board.
