Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Don't want the standard fries and coleslaw. I'll probably do Papas Aplastadas and steamed broccoli.

A nice salad would be all I'd need.

Something green then - - brocolli or green beans?

Does he like cole slaw? That always looks pretty with crab cakes.

Or oven baked sweet potato fries?

Hey, I do have some organic sweet potato fries! I will do that and broccoli. After the crab cake recipe, it will be nice to have some easy sides.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Wouldn't go with this meal, but I shredded sweet potatoes, mixed with an egg and parmesan cheese and fried by the spooful in olive oil - - they were very good!

Yea, can't fry two things, but I might try that with him some time.

He just doesn't, I don't know why. It is ridiculous anyway, he puts more salad dressing on the salad than the greens. I say, "You want some salad with your dressing?" Sickening - white icky, yucky Ranch.

You know how he eats pancakes? He cooks one side, turns it over and just barely cooks the other. Mixes the butter and syrup and it is all gooey and sickening. I won't cook them, because it makes me sick.
