I see what their getting at. Homosexuals, ( I REFUSE to call them gay. Gay means happy.)
along with straights, are still forbidden in many places from marrying someone of the same sex. Straights don't have a problem with this, but homosexuals are pushing for the legalization of being able to marry ANY adult simply on the premise of being sexually attracted to them. In either case, it is foolish and shortsighted reasoning for wanting to marry ANYONE.
Besides, when parents have to give, "the talk", on sex relations and the mechanics of it all, it's ackward enough. The "talk" concerning queer relations must REALLY be a doosy. Love to be a fly on THAT wall to see the expressions on little Timmy or Suzies face.

It's possible that there is an inherent genetic predisposition towards a given proclivity. However, acting on such proclivities is a choice. Another factor is the effect of repeated sin and it's effect on the individual's spiritual, psychological, and biological makeup as it might lead to reprobation.

Sure. But there is nothing legally preventing a gay man from marrying a woman. By the way the 14th ammendment says:

Cheers! None of that has anything at all to do with gay marriage. As long as gay men can marry women if they choose then there is nothing violating the constitution about not letting a gay marry a gay.

Are you dense on purpose? Prop 8 and other laws like it, werent giving equal protection under the law. They were letting people marry and not letting other marry and making it a law.

Marriage is a privilege like drinking beer. I we can make the legal age 21 for beer We can make marriage only between men and women.
Equal privileges and protection right?

So whats the privilege? Straight white people? Beer age is criminal law. Not civil.
