yeah, they took out like 7 vials of blood, and all the tests came back great, the doc told me that whatever i'm doing, keep on doing it.

That is exactly what I expected. She is a sweet girl, but I couldn't relate to her. I felt like I was talking to a kid. She is 21, I am ...older.
So, to get rid of her I had to make it look like she cut me loose. I'd feel awfully bad if I had hurt her feelings. Easy solution. Just say that I am a liberal.

I am feeling fine. I need more sleep than what I have been getting, and I need to drop some poundage, but other than that I am fine.

Hey, I will walk to where you are, and then you can walk up and visit me! 
I know what you mean. I meant to put air in my bicycle tires last year and go for riding. However, I never did. I do enjoy walking, and do not do nearly enough.

Very healthy, very therepeutic. You should start my friend. I have it easy, I have a park with a walking path I can go to every day.

I agree. I have a long stretch of park along the river that I walk during the spring and summer. I try to do more than just walk there. I do intend to get more walking and biking in this year.
