I have been interviewed on the TV news several times-
I am probably the only one that was a administrator of a school in a very high crime area and
had a loaded gun brought to me at recess.

1. Sold fishing supplies to Bing Crosby in my grandparents store.
2. Ran from a train across the same trestle River Phoenix did on "Stand By Me".
3. Went hunting with Clyde Haney founder of Christian Life College.

I have run from a train, but it was just on a trestle across the gravel pits where my Dad liked to fish.

I met Ray Price at the Vet's office in Grand Prairie, TX. I also met Willie Nelson when I was a kid. Back in those days he wore the suits with Rhinestones on them, and he had short hair and no beard.

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

1) Sang in a Southern gospel quartet all my teenage years.
2) Was ping pong champion in 7th and 8th grades.
3) Has been to Africa 5 times, and going twice in 2011.
4) Has had plastic surgery, but won't tell what (I'm not as brave as Renda).
