Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:


  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

The only way to get here to the island is by air or ferry. The cruise ships did begin visiting in 2004 here. Only have one 3 days a week arriving this upcoming season.
Alaska is so Beautiful. I only wish we could see more of it.

We had a young preacher from Alaska I believe at our church a week or so ago...

Not sure we would know the young man. Do you remember which church he was from? Anchorage is what we would call a Metro area. Several churches there.

Josh Herring I think is his name and if I remember correctly he is from Alaska.. I may be wrong tho

I believe he is from Palmer, AK. We don't know him personally though.

Very good preacher and really connects with our youth! He is best friends with our youth pastor.. so he stayed over and preached a SS class for him so we were able to hear him also and really enjoyed!
