I look for vegan recipes and foods but only because they are sure to be dairy free

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

We have family members on Gluten free diets, and one that is Lactose intolerant, and two that are on a low sodium diet. Sometimes it's a challenge. It's surprising how many foods have milk in them.

Amen to that! I read every label at the grocery store. One big help is the Kosher symbol Pareve/Parve which is my guarantee of no dairy.

I also have a soy intolerance _________just to make my life complete .

Soy is death, and if you don't want to start singing soprano, keep away from it.

Soy is bad, the percentage of our soy in this country is GMO, and if you don't want to grow a tail, stay away from it.

You lactose intolerance is from you drinking dead diary, you need to switch to raw unpasteurized diary.

Have fun, you have been warned.

I grew up with our own milk cow and unpasteuized dairy, but I do have some food allergys.

Ihave to be real careful not to get soy. If I eat a burger made with soy I have an asmtha attack within an hour.

You would be surprised what all has soy products in it.
