Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

I am not sure what we are eating tonight, but tomorrow is a feast of American style mexican food.

Very funny. :P

We are actually having homemade enchiladas, tacos, cookies, cake, chilupas, and other things. We are really looking forward to having that.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Made this tonight and it is a great recipe!!

Baked Chicken and Spinach Flautas

http://healthy-delicious.com/2012/03...inach-flautas/

I used Tillamook Pepper Jack cheese (which is hormone free cheese) instead of Velveeta inside. And for my tortillas, I used Ezekiel Sprouted Grain. I used the standard white four tortillas for my husband. Tasted one and they are great, but I'm allergic to the Gluten.

Great recipe!!!!

Nice! That looks good PO!

I did homemade pizzas on the new stone Kristin got for my birthday. Wood smoked - very good!

I dunno, but one of the four we got wasn't very good. Unanimously. The "Buffalo Chicken" -- bland, had no resemblance to Buffalo wings (if that was their intention), overly cheesy. The others were good, though.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Olive Garden unlimited pasta bowls. I had fettucine alfredo and Walt had the 3 meal sauce over linguine. I couldn't finish my first bowl, but the waitress gave me a refill anyway so I could take it home and have it tomorrow.

Sound awesome. I'm making this tomorrow = sorry about large picture size. Don't know how to fix that. I've made it before and it is very, very good! Doing one with pepperoni and the other with organic Alfredo sauce and spinach. I love spinach. lol
