You inspired me! I'm home alone (aaaaaaaah!!!), so fixed me a grilled cheese and a cup-a-noodles. Would have been better with Tomato soup, but didn't have any. It was fine, though.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

This was our Meatless Monday- so we had butter beans, cornbread, corn on the cob, okra and tomatoes, mustard greens, sweet potato patties and cucumbers.

How do you season it Cindy? I have been doing Olive Oil and Garlic cloves...

I think Mike uses butter, garlic powder, and Mrs. Dash. It is delicious.

I will tell him to try it your way.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

I was thinking it might be fun for a day or two to resurrect this old thread. So I'll start........

We had the rib bones left from the prime rib we had on Christmas. So I took those and boiled them up all day today and now I've made Beef Barley Soup out of that. And homemade dinner rolls. Yum. Good winter weather food.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

New Year's Christmas' dinner will be a dinner of tacos, enchiladas, chilupas, and more. I can hardly wait.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Chocolate pie, pumpkin pie, cherry pie, lemon pie, fruit cake, sweet potatos, corn, green beans, peas, chips, dips, fowl, etc. I hope that helps. (I would only eat a few of those myself, I wil not confess to any however.)
