Folks on here are bashing the UPCI, they got out of the UPCI, and are also bashing people who get out of the UPCI. Its scary that I would think I left an organization for personal principle but nobody else does. Just an observation.

Attention AB
AB, take a trip to the Mall of Georgia and continue west on GA 20. You will wind up in the church that is running about 400 with 200 in daughter works.
There are 4 daughter works, which total about 200 people.

That's my point. It would the height of presumptuousness for me to describe an entire district as fill-in-the-blank-here when there are 100's of churches in each one. I've preached in all three of those districts and have close friends, friends, relatives, and acquaintances in each one but I can't come on some forum and proclaim an entire district to be of a particular persuasion. I think it is silly to think that I could. If you are looking for that answer then you are asking the wrong question.

I know exactly where it is and I have seen the daughter works. I think you might need to get your number count revised. I think there is a LOT of wishful thinking there. I do know the pastor and I know he is a good - but VERY Conservative man. I know people that attend there regularly and from all reports - there is not nearly 400 there nor close to 200 in "4" daughter works. I could say the same - but then - that would be STRETCHING IT A BIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I live not far from there you know - just off Highway 20.

AB
AB, I went there for 9 years and was just there 2 weeks ago. The numbers are real. There was not an empty seat in the balcony or on the floor.
It's hard to believe there were only 17 adult members when he took the church!

I wish I could quote one post on another forum here talking about Districts pulling out. I don't want to be banned from the other Forum.

You don't have to quote it - you can just say you read somewhere and paraphrase it.

Thats OK - I have a family member that visits there from time to time. She knows how to count. I do appreciate the offer. Where exactly are those "4 daughter works"?
