Didn't a demon appear to Eliphaz in a dream, provoking him to accuse Job of sin?
Job 4:13-16 English Standard Version (ESV)
13 Amid thoughts from visions of the night,
when deep sleep falls on men,
14 dread came upon me, and trembling,
which made all my bones shake.
15 A spirit glided past my face;
the hair of my flesh stood up.
16 It stood still,
but I could not discern its appearance.
A form was before my eyes;
there was silence, then I heard a voice:
But, I don't think demon spirits can freely attack Christians in their dreams, unless they have given that spirit some form of entrance into their lives. It could be unconfessed sin, having anything involving the occult in their homes, having snything involving hallucinogenic drugs in the home, or in some cases as part of a generational curse.

This was answered in Job 2:3.

Could you explain?

Do you understand Job 2:3? Then you understand what is going on with Job's friends.

You really didn't explain how your PM correlates with the thread.
Taking everything you posted here and that one PM how do they go together?

I read that the spirit appeared to Eliphaz in a dream to essentially deceive and tempt him to accuse Job of sin. But, I'm interested in your take on it.

Who did it?
And the LORD said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil? He still holds fast his integrity, although you incited me against him to destroy him without reason.”
