I don't think there should be any laws in how you withdraw money that belongs to you as long as the use of the money is not illegally used. I have bought things which the people requested cash. I didn't ask them a lot of questions, and I kept my own records. If this pastor has done something illegal I would understand, but it seems these are horrible charges.

Sometimes, when people are doing wrong, it is these financial laws that helps to hold people accountable for their actions.

Its this bureaucracy that keeps people like Al Capone from real justice and that they have to come down with something like tax evasion. For people to have known that he was a mobster who killed and had people killed it is a poor system that we have to pick up things like tax evasion to be able to prosecute. In this comparison this pastor is being tried in a similar way to a mobster. Does this not make you wonder.

This nation being a nation under God is what has made it great. If you believe that America has achieved any greatness on her own you are mistaken. God raises up and sets down. In our past we may have been a melting pot of many different views, but we have predominantly been a Christian nation with strong Christian values that influenced the leaders of our country.
As this has declined so has the condition of our country. Don't confuse what I said with the tyranny of the catholic church. The rightly divided word of truth is always going to be the best government we can have in our lives.

the bottom line is this case is clearly a case of government run amuck. and whats really disgusting about it is that we allowed it. This is based on law passed by our congress. that's just sick. and what are we doing?
