I couldn't hear anything definitive from that audio. I was listening for the "I'm begging you" and "stop" as claimed by the state, but I couldn't hear it. The defense expert witness was good, and it will be hard to refute his testimony.

It'll be interesting to hear what the audio the state has sounds like. I'm a bit skeptical the Judge will allow the audio unless the state's audio is clearer and you can make out the words better.

The judge rules that witnesses for the defense can not testify in private, even though they are fearful that if their truthful recollection is done publically it will draw threats and possible bodily harm from crazy zealots and racists in the area.

Zimmerman is cooked before the trial starts!

The defense witnesses for Jodi Arias had to testify publicly in court -- and she's much worse than Zimmerman. Doesn't mean Zimmerman is "cooked."

Jody Arias' case was not as politically and racially explosive as this case will be. Everybody basically knew Jody was guilty, and figured anyone who testified on her behalf were either idiots or looking for publicity.

There are people that believe Zimmerman is guilty and don't care if he gets a fair trial if it helps convict him. There are people who think Zimmerman is innocent and don't care if he gets a fair trial as long as the allowed evidence shows he is innocent. There seems to be a great divide between races of people on this case.

Personally, I don't know if he's innocent or guilty. I just want him to have a fair trial. If he's guilty, he needs to go to jail. If he's not guilty by way of self-defense, he needs to go free.

Didn't stop people from making death threats against Arias' witnesses. The point is, people have to testify in court or not at all. And if there's concern about safety, the Judge could order the case be closed to television cameras.

I've never heard of a witness giving private testimony. Private disposition, yes; but not a private testimony in a trial.
