No, idolatry is as you already said, placing something before God or having something as a god other than the One True God. Please Daniel, stop sensationalizing and twisting things or putting words in my mouth. The subject is absolute truth vs subjective truth and how important it is for us

Hi Prax,Truth is this important.Jesus is the word of truth.If a person believes in Jesus for salvation then he believes in the word of truth.Now if you believe in a perverted gospel or truth you are removed from God.Next we are saved by truth,so if you don't have truth,how much salvation do you lose ?
