Don't back peddle now. You clearly insinuated that any politician that was pro-choice was a "baby killer". You also insinuated that anyone who voted for them was supporting them and by proxy a baby killer. Bro... that means you called me and countless other faithful Christians "baby killers" because we don't agree with you politically.

That's my point bro. Every culture down through history has had to deal with abortion in some way or another. None have successfully prevented, regulated, policed, or stopped it. It's just something outside of the government's power to police adequately. Only in the Arab world do we see some resemblance to biblical justice. Many nations in the Middle East have banned abortion, and if a woman procures one, both she and the doctor are executed. But this isn't the Middle East bro. The most we'd ever see if this unrealistic notion of banning abortion ever really happened would be women and/or doctors fined. It would just be another way for the government to make money off a social problem. That would ensure that the government would undermine efforts to reduce the abortion rate, the fines would become a steady stream of income. Like other fines and penalties for the countless other things our government has criminalized to fleece the people.

Just kindness, help, and prayer. No court can overturn that. I'm all for measures to help women and reduce the abortion rate. I just believe that if we get the government involved...it will get worse. For example, the government launched a "war on drugs"... we have MORE drugs. The government launched a "war on illiteracy"... we have MORE illiteracy. The government launched a "war on poverty"... we have MORE poverty. Now you want the government to launch a "war on abortion"? Are you crazy?

Who you calling ignorant, fool!
baby killing con not be compared to poverty, illiteracy and such...
You don't have to war on abortion just make it illegal for MD to kill babies and when they caught take away their license and throw in prison for murder. Simple, nothing complex about it.
There's alot of things the government doesn't leave in the hands of the individual.

Here's a little experiment. Every thread about the Democrats will degenerate into an abortion debate because that's the wedge issue used by Republicans to capture the heart and minds of Christians... even though the Republicans will never take the abortion issue seriously and address it.

Oh believe me no back peddling here. Any politicians that supports "abortion" supports baby killing, no doubt here. Can't no "faithful christian" ever ever ever ever and ever support abortion, ever.
Nothing politicl about being against killing babies.

LOL I love the emotocon bro. LOL
Bro... we've got a shortage of doctors in the U.S., they aren't going to take the license of any doctor, at least not for long. They might suspend it at most. And I assure you they'd NEVER send a doctor or a woman to prison for murder for providing or procuring an abortion. That's just the painful reality. The most you'd get is a doctor with a suspended medical license and both the doctor and the woman paying fines. It will be akin to paying traffic tickets. And as stated before, you'd have to police it by having the government review women's medical records and procedures. Say goodbye to medical privacy for women. It will open a whole can of worms bro. It's best left alone. We do better ministering to women than acting politically.

Not true, we can debate gay marriage, but like you insinuated government has no business in marriage, right? Unbelievable.

We're both against killing babies bro. We just differ on how to address the issue. You think the government is the answer, I think helping women is the answer.

Why not both?

Bro...the "marriage license" was something designed by the government to regulate marriage to prevent blacks and whites from marrying each other. Prior to that marriage was a private contract between private people and the government only required "proof of marriage" to settle disputes. Proof could come from witnesses, a family Bible with both parties listed as married, or a marriage certificate provided by a church or community. It wasn't regulated with licensing. This will blow your mind... Abraham Lincoln wouldn't even know what a marriage license was and would most likely find it odd that the government would be poking around in such a private and religious matter.
