I guess I would have to live there to ever make a real comparison. With the humidity, how do those temps that you listed actually play out? I know that I have heard that it feels hotter because of the humidity.

My daughter went to Houston last summer, and she said that the humidity didn't bother her that much.

Dizz, I guess the easiest way to explain it is that the humidity acts like insulation. trapping heat in, but still letting more heat in.

After church tonight it was still 101 degrees!

as hot as it is, it's still not as bad as the heat
in Houston and Memphis
