Besides, I never wanted Santa to get credit for the money I spend on my child's gifts.
However, he did get to sit on Santa's lap and take pictures. We do have fun at Christmas time.

LOL - that is EXACTLY what I have told so many people!!! I have a very funny Santa Story too - it happened just a couple weeks back. My 5 year old little girl is getting a bit sassy (imagine that a 5 year old sassy girl) well - she was being a bit over the top with the sassiness one morning and I was scolding her pretty hard. After she went to her room a bit to pout she came down and said the funniest thing - she said "Mommy, I have been upstairs talking to God and He told me Santa DOES NOT see everything I do" - it was everything I could do to keep from cracking up - I really don't know where she came up with it because we never "threaten" her with Santa - we talk about it but like someone else said - like he is like Barney, etc. - but after a few seconds I asked her if she knew who DID she everything she did and she said - YES, JESUS - anyway - just my funny Santa story.
