Just wanted to check back in and let you good folks know, I still believe in One God, Jesus Name Holy Ghost filled women preachers...
And just wanted to let you know that the Bible has & will not change: "I DO NOT ALLOW A WOMAN TO TEACH, OR TO EXCERCISE AUTHORITY OVER A MAN. SHE IS TO REMAIN QUIET....THESE THINGS I WRITE TO YOU SO THAT YOU MIGHT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE YOURSELF IN THE HOUSEHOLD OF GOD, WHICH THE CHURCH..."

off the subject....however there are some trinity people I DO HOPE ARE NOT NEAR ME IN JUDGMENT...THEY HAVE WORKED SO HARD TRANSLATING BIBLES...I AM DEEPLY THANKFUL FOR THE TRUTH OF one GOD however truth brings an awesome responsibility....
now back to Women preachers....it is funny I HAVE NEVER SAID God called me to preach...and I REALLY DON´T THINK I have any of the 9 spiritual gifts...I did sweep the church Sunday and clean the bathrooms...maybe that helped some...
You are a great soul-winner & I greatly rejoice in this...we simply disagree on what the Bible says apparently....
I just find it hard sharing positions with someone that speaks with such venom.
Socialite...Consider these points pls.: The only place that Jesus got violent was when those who should've knew better [Jews] were in violation of what was "written". Paul rebuked Peter "to the face" for his doctrinal hypocrisy. False doctrine in the church is something to get upset about to some degree...& we aren't even taking it to the extreme [& would not] that Christ & Paul did.
Now, before you say "You're not Jesus," then neither are you so should we quit following His examples entirely? I thought He said hhe was "the way"....pls. ponder these thoughts sincerely.

Jesus, Christianity and Religion aside, if your intent is to persuade people to what you believe is right, you will gain new converts in this manner --except for intimidated people who don't think for themselves.
Apparently, I don't see this issue in the same sense, and with the same intensity as you do. Jesus rebuked people for excluding the poor, turning worship into a noisy, merciless capital venture --- Peter rebuked for excluding Gentiles, and for being hypocritical in what he said (I wish we could hear Peter's side of that story BTW).
I can list far more "examples" and even scriptures of how we should submit to one another in love, season our conversation with grace and speak with kindness. So yes, please continue to follow His example
Interesting, and to play the other side, the very proclaiming of Jesus' resurrection was a task given to a woman!
Yes, but does that mean everytime a woman speaks of the Ressurrection of Christ, she's automatically in the set-in official position of the 5-fold ministry???? BTW, she did not "preach a sermon," but simply told of the ressurrectd Saviour................
