I've heard others comment that the Defense needs to have the backbone to stand up to a Judge or they don't need to be defending.
This is looking more like appeal in the works to me.

West has a point. Mantai's presentation was far too organized and laid out for it to have been done between last night's recess and 7:30am this morning.
If the Jury comes back with a guilty verdict, I wonder what their reaction will be when they find out what the Judge disallowed from evidence and this "throwing everything and the kitchen sink" of charges the State is doing at the last possible minute to try and get some charge.
Quick question....can O'Mara mention that the State has changed it's charges twice in the past 24 hours to try and best their chances of a conviction?

Oh, okay. I was talking to my daughter while he was saying this. I misunderstood him and thought he said, "...the court is sitting there approving this."
