![groan](http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com/images/smilies/groan.gif) its an endless battle. "they" seem to dispute everyone...and its getting really annoying!
|
Who's they? Are vyou feeling a conspiracy? Is it annoying that people ask you to act like a Christian & operate Biblically?
Or is it you get a free pass cuz you are upset?

I also thot I knew how saints in the pews should be treated by the ministry. I also thot that I could come on here and rant and spew all kinds of bitterness and bile (no names mentioned in my posts) against the unfair way I and my family had been treated, and folks would coddle me and pat on me, and agree about how unfairly I had been treated. WRONG. Coonskinner, Old paths, Bro. Epley, CC1, Renda, and lots of others on AFF back then, blasted me right back when I wasn't thinking right. I will forever be grateful for these people being in my life at the time. They helped me see things from different perspectives and they helped me heal. I was forever changed by my time here back then. Because of this experience, I can easily spot when posts are written out of anger, or bitterness, or when not a lot of thot was given before posts were typed. Maybe I'm just super sensitive to this type of poster, because I was one at one time.
I can appreciate when folks are hurt, and dealt wrongly with, and they're disallussioned with people. I have been there. I think of you a lot during the day, and pray for your family and all of TB's past saints. I can only hope and pray that there will not be any souls lost because of TB and his selfish lusts.
Maybe we can start again. I hope we understand each other a little better ![Smile](http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Oh WOW!
I remember praying for you and telling God, "I don't even know her name, but she NEEDS your help"...
God is sooooooooooo GOOD to us...........................

Again, I can ask you a simple question, should we not act like Christians?
Talking about Bro Black is right?
How would you like it if we started to do that to you here, would like it?
Would you not say that (for example if it was I saying those things) that I would not be acting like a Christian then?
I put a smiley to make you see that I am not trying to be argumentative.

Re: Former Memphis area pastor preaching a confere
Truce ![Smile](http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com/images/smilies/smile.gif) Listen, as an open forum, it is not up to you as an individual to judge if one is acting a "christian" so please....please let that go. I do understand where you are coming from , really I do but out of respect, allow others to say what they want. You can not come into an open PUBLIC forum and act like your opinion is the only one that matters. It seems as if everyone has to agree with you on this, or it becomes an arguement. As you see , many people are still posting what they feel and what they want. TB has wronged many...MANY people, not to mention the ones who will walk away from the UPC and blame the whole instead of the individual. Those are the ones who I am praying for. Personally, what people say about me can not hurt me, I am not one in leadership and have failed many souls. It is irrelavant if you are christian...if facts are (and they have been ) given, it is NOT gossip...but then again, its your opinion. Please dont try and make everyone's opinion on here like yours. Thats what makes us all INDIVIDUALS! ![Nodding](http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com/images/smilies/nod.gif) PLEASE...no more arguing friend. I respect your veiws , please respect mine. When I find a post that I may not like what is said or I disagree, I dont make it a point to draw an arguement from it. That is what I would call...non christian like. I hope you have a very good afternoon friend and God bless you

One can not blame ayone for not living for God. I am dismayed as to how people can so callously lose respect for the Ministry.
I just think, (put the Bible to one side if that is causing offense) & look at it on how people, how say you would feel if they started posting things that may be true or not in an unflattering way?
I pray you have a good day, er, night as well!

and your right on that...noone should ever blame God and walk away bc of the downfall of a preacher or minister. But then again, they will have to answer for that. But, saddly this happens all the time.

Well, I guess that my Born Again experience, and walking godly before the Lord is cancelled out because I have a telelvision in my home???? I like King david's attitude; "I will set NO evil thing before mine eyes"...TV evil???? Well, I guess that the many times that my wife was watching the news about interstate accidents and called to warn me not to get on the interstate, but to detour around; I guess that this was EVIL, and that I should have NOT listened to her because she was watching the news???? I'd rather practice the DISCIPLINES of monitoring what I watch on TV-INTERNET-ETC.....I'm not interested in a bunch of Organizational rules as I am God's RULE(S).....By the way; there was a time long ago when the UPC was teaching this**NO TV**in your home, but some of their leaders {Pastors} had them?????? WOW!!!! Godly instructions and personal convictions is what I like the best; it helps me to grow and to know God for myself-its been 31 years (1982) since the Lord first saved me, and I've witnessed many, many RULELY leaders fall with all their**in house church rules**I've seen them fall, fall, fall, and most do not get back up correctly-they become RENAGADES!!

You CAN believe THAT!!!! It's NOT the TV that's evil, but it's what you set before your EYES!!!! I guess that NONE of us should be on this internet highway of garbage???? I do not care for a lot of tv, but the internet is a GREAT source of researching info, and I plan to continue to utilize it as needed, and for personal usage as well....I DO NOT allow Pastors {I'm a Pastor} to monopolize/dictate my thoughts, ideas, and walk with the Lord; so many of them over the years that were part of my life had their OWN ugly, private, personal ILLS; either I'm going to live saved, or I'm going to be a hypocrit; I choose to be saved and have that PERSONAL relationship with the Lord, and I teach this to God's people. I'm NOT interested in causing God's people to become hypocritical, two-fold children....
