So is this an excuse to do away with doctrine being important for salvation?
Can someone have wrong doctrine and continue in the path to salvation?
At what point is doctrine no longer important enough to hold as dear??

Wow! Dude, Jesus IS THE Truth. He came to reveal THE Truth. It's amazing what comes out of the mouth of some Apostolics. It seems they will say or do anything just to win a fight, when there should not even be a fight, but an intelligent discussion of truth. Idolatry is to have as a god anything other than the one true God and I have not ONCE suggested "truth" in any way, shape for form should be our god!
And Yes Daniel that is totally asinine.

Yours must be an interpretation. One without revelation.

You Prax ... don't see the mission ... Ananias was on .. when he did .. you simply are applying one text to all other circumstances ... faulty practice.

Idolatry is placing anything before God ... including one's pre-concieved notions of who he is ... or one's worldview

I was not meaning it as a slam. I simply meant that some interpret the text to say that it means uncut hair. That is their interpretation.
You do not believe it says that. That is your interpretation of the same scripture.
They are both interpretations of scripture.

Amazing that Ananias would call Saul, who still had yet to have his "sins washed away" according to Acts 22:16, a Brother, and you take it that Saul must have been saved.

no, rather YOU Daniel Alicea have drawn a conclusion and used your conclusion as the basis of your assertion. That's called circular reasoning. I am simply pointing out a biblical truth that I have done more than enough to substantiate...that jews called each other brothers because they were Jews.
