Do you have dialup or broadband? If you have broadband and you don't have a 700k service, try clicking on a HIGH or HIGHEST

I have wireless. I tried all settings it just is real jumpy

Mine plays for 20 secs and then plays for 20 seconds.

Most annoying. WE have complained before that ABN apparently still cannot deliver a simple net feed.

I can't even get it to work. I guess, according to them, it's due to a beta of Media Player 11
