Cooper, There seems to be a disconnect between the post where you agreed with my explination and the rest of what you have posted.

As PP stated, at the point of cognitive impairment, one has crossed the line of drunkeness.

What bothers me (and I suspect a lot of folk here) is that we are arguing over what "drunk" is.

It seems that you are going down the trail of "how much can one get away with without sinning".

That may not be what you are doing but that is the preception.
