if I was claiming to be an expert, I'd have said how one has those kind of revivals... but I didn't, because I don't know how...

its just obvious to anyone who isn't part of the priest class of apostolics (or who is willing to look honestly) that what happened in Acts is NOT happening now, and for sure nothing "greater" is happening...

so either these aren't the end times... or we aren't the people that we think we are...

Your homeboy needs to get saved through the waterway in Jesus name and filled with THE Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues. While your hero is trying to figure out who in the Godhead he will pray to tonight, maybe you can seek him out and give him a Bible study? That is if you yourself are a One-God believer.

False words will also put a person in hell as fast as porn or drugs, you need to not just type the words you need to mean what you say.

No, actually they didn't really say anything about salvation with thier altar call, it was more "let us get you help so you don't kill yourself"...

It wasn't emotion or entertainment... The band played 3 songs and then the dude preached. It wasn't entertaining other than the simple fact that his testimony was powerful... But, again, you wouldn't know if it was or not because you've never heard of it, nor do you even know who it is I'm tlaking about...

Nor do you even know what the person believes. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT HE BELIEVES... For all any of us knows he could be oneness... he is extremely likely to be spirit-filled (most Christian Rock bands, espeically the more ministry-orientated ones are spirit filled)... and he even could be baptized in Jesus' name (as, contrary to what you think I'm sure, many groups do baptize in Jesus name)

No, its more "let's keep you alive so you can find a church and get saved"... again, the sermon he preached was very much about not committing suicide, probably more than it was about salvation, and most of the youth in the audience had thought about suicide recently (say a few months)...

Actually, it isn't for sure that they are trinitarian... I know one of the bands are AOG... I know all of the bands (as far as I have been able to tell) are charismatic at minimum (we're Charismatic, too, by definition)... But I don't know what they actually believe because inserting full theologies into 5 minute songs isn't practical....

Its funny... The Bible talks about loving everyone and not judging people so much more than it talks about speaking in tongues and baptism in Jesus' name combined....

But we feel we can ignore the love part and we cram the Jesus' name part down everyone's throat... Its a joke...

God is more worried about use showing love to everyone and showing grace, and being holy in action (not just dress).... And we don't do any of those things... We apostolics tend to be the most hateful, mean-spirited people one could run across... Attacking everyone over such stupid things and condemning the entire world... But we forget that the first commandment is to love God with everything...

and the second one isn't to baptize in Jesus' name, its to love your neighbor as yourself...

So, bro. Benincasa, the next time you feel the need to get on your high horse and accuse poeple who you know nothing aobut of things that you don't know if they do or not... Remember that God said to love people, and he siad that loving EVERYONE (saved or not) is more important that baptism in Jesus name...

and remember that even if you believe in the right baptism, God isn't going to accept you if you don't love everyone... and accusing people you don't know of things that you don't know if they do or not, is not loving them... That's called libel and slander, which is lying, too...

So, go get on your knees, and beg God to show you some mercy, even though you don't deserve it, because you don't have the willingness to show mercy to anyone else...
