Paul said this once or possibly twice. Not "many times."
If you read less psychobabble and more Bible, you might not make serious blunders like that when discussing Scripture.
As for your other statements concerning the veracity and validity of Paul versus Jesus, are you questioning the infallibility of the Pauline epistles?
I think we are about to smoke out the problem here.
The principles in God's Word are eternal, and applicable to every generation.

Throughout the OT, there are many practices that we would consider ungodly, but were a part of their culture...polygamy is just one example.
Or are you speaking of something entirely different?

Amen, God forbid we should return to the day of bringing a hegoat to church and have the pastor sacrifice it on the altar.

You too?
Pe 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
2Pe 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
2Pe 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
(16) All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
(17) That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

This is exactly right: principles of holiness, moderation, and Christlikeness. The law could not save us because the law just made us look all the more sinful because we could not keep every letter of the law. For this reason Christ came to give us liberty and to fulfill the law. We are saved by Grace through faith and not by works so that no man can boast!

This post is a prime example of your inability to rightly divide the Word.
You are mixing dispensations in your analogy.

I've been in ministry 23 years, I know the bible like the back of my hand. Ignorance is not bliss. What you don't know can hurt you. Try doing a scholarly research on the Pauline epistles. There's a lot in the bible that is not God's direct word to us today. The bible is a series, a collection of books spanning many generations. God wrote His word through man. Man is fallible, God isn't. What part of that do you have a problem with? A simple study of the new testament manuscripts reveals error, some dating earlier do not have the same scriptures. Wake up dude, we walk by faith.

I've never felt put down or persecuted by men, but I have by women.
Have you all really felt like you're un-liberated, unfulfilled, persecuted, held back, disrespected and put down by men?

There are commandments and principles.
You don't think there are any undeniable absolutes in the Scripture?
Only vague guidelines?
