This thread was inspired by a dear Pastors wife seeking help in her depleted state of depression and anxiety. How does it go from the original to this?
How did her testimony go from what she actually said to what you fabricated and claimed she said?

What was fabricated?

She and her husband said, we did all what we knew to do. To me that means, they prayed, fasted, had others pray.

Sis. Williams confessed she felt depleted (google “what to do if I feel depleted“), she then went to a counselor. I understand she related depression and anxiety to heart problems and diabetes. I have a 16” scar on my back from heart problems as a teenager, I didnt have to go see a counselor because of that. From the counselor she went to the doctor and she received meds and took them until the symptoms stopped.

She didnt mention, prayer, fasting, having the church pray, rebuking the spirit... but she did mention counselor, doctor, meds! You tell me whats fabricated. At a ministers conference, on video a Pastors wife confesses going to a counselor for her depression and anxiety and people dont see a problem with that??? Why, because they dont believe in spiritual warfare, unless its the devil made them lose their job!

I've listened to the forum several times. She did not say what you claimed she said.

There you go again with the assumptions...

So now she didn't mention prayer, fasting, having the church pray, etc? Previously you posted: "She proclaims I prayed, fasted, had others pray for me and it didn’t work." Which is it? Get your story straight. The audio link is here for you and everyone to listen to her actual words. What she did say was "Jesus can heal everything." But you didn't include that in any of your posts about this.

I said previously that I assumed she prayed and fasted by her words, I done what i knew to do. I was wrong by that! Yes, she did say Jesus can heal, yet she never mentioned she prayed and fasted about her situation, did she?

You stated in multiple posts that "She proclaims I prayed, fasted, had others pray for me and it didn’t work." In both this thread and the BOTT 2020 thread you posted that she claimed she prayed, elders prayed and she said it didn't work.

Must I waste time and quote each and every one of your posts with this? Or will you be honest about? I have no problem taking time to find and post every single post you made in which you claimed that she SAID or PROCLAIMED that she prayed, elders prayed and she said it didn't work.

There was no assumption made. You outright claimed she said it.

Do as you feel. When a church member let alone a pastor and his wife say we did everything we knew to do. I’m sorry to me thats we prayed, fasted, had others pray. With even what I said that’s not as important to what she did. Because she said, i did what i knew to do. Then what??? She went to the counselor, doctor, to meds. She told the church I struggled with this, and I went to a counselor because of this problem. She even proclaimed I took meds and she urged others to get help. How, the way she did. Thats what sad, is instead of fighting the fight we’re suppose to, we believe its natural, chemical imbalance and look at this situation a pastors wife was taking medication for depression. Thats sad,

Re: Depression

It's pretty important as to whether she did say it, as you first claimed; or that she didn't say it as you now claim.

What's sad is it's clear you have a narrative you want to push and regardless whether the lady said it or not, you will simply assume she meant something she never said or outright fabricate what was said and use it to criticize her and BOTT.

Re: Depression

Since the sister didn't outright tell people to go to a counselor or take meds (you assume this); and since part of her testimony was the fear of admitting she was in a dark place (she never said she was in depression), could it possibly be that her appeal at the end was for people to speak with someone about their struggle?

She encouraged people "who are hurting and depressed and have anxiety, and who look at their life and find no reason for it, to not be ashamed but to find help."

So what help was she pointing too? If she was not alluding to something then she was just wasting breath. I really don’t know I still haven’t heard the clip.
