n david, I'm not trying to "invalidate what Lee Stoneking did last week." He spoke IN the UN General Assembly (the room). He did not address the UN General Assembly (the body). There IS a difference, just like my example of speaking at General Conference (the venue), and speaking at General Conference (the assembled conference-goers).
He gave a great message that the answer to the world's problems is Jesus. Yes! Amen to that! He mentioned being healed in 2003. Praise God! What I'm saying is that this is another example of how the UPCI thinks that the world revolves around them, and that the dispensational clock of eternity moves closer to midnight based on what they do. Neither is true. The UPCI routinely inflates numbers and blows things out of proportion in an effort to seem bigger and more important than they are. Lee's address, even if it HAD been to the General Assembly (the body, which it wasn't), had no bearing on when the Lord comes back.
The fact that so many UPCI members and ministers just go along with the misinformation speaks volumes. Facts are not important, and anyone who dares to bring up facts is smeared and maligned, because if you can tear down the messenger, then their message is worthless.

I am wondering why, if someone was holding a great revival, they couldn't put their own revival pictures in their anniversary video. Why "lift" <cough>steal<cough> a picture of the (Methodist? Seriously?) chapel from someone else's website? The Methodist "UN" chapel that is actually not on UN grounds at that. These "bible studies" are being "held at the UN"? That's like "visiting the UN" while shopping down the block.
Small wonder the "walking cadaver" with his fantastic lies wouldn't be spotted with another grandmaster of fantastic lies. Birds of a feather ho hum and all that.....
Nobody is denying that he spoke there. If it was a "miracle" for him to speak there, then it was also a "miracle" for all the funny-dressed representatives of other faiths.
Nice group photo: (look at all the miracles!) One miracle I can see right away is that the two dudes in the front are somehow keeping their "holy magic robes" from falling, somehow and amen.

Here are the entire webcasts. Play them all and quit pretending like Lee Stoneking or anyone else was singled out as a special guest speaker. He didn't even make the news. He didn't say anything to promote tolerance and reconciliation. Here's one who DID make the news (prolly one of those in funny clothes)
http://www.mangalorean.com/religious...at-un-meeting/
“Buildng a peaceful and inclusive society” requires “respecting each and every religion and honoring each and every faith,” said Sri Sugunendra Theertha, the head of the Udipi Shree Puthige Matha.
He was one of the speakers Wednesday at a High-level Thematic Debate on “Promoting Tolerance and Reconciliation: Fostering Peaceful, Inclusive Societies and Countering Violent Extremism” that was convened by General Assembly President Sam Kutesa.
He said Hindu philosophers and teachers over the millennia have taught people to respect other religions and this attitude was needed to bring peace.

I posted the video at the start and never said he was singled out nor anything else you accuse. What is it with you? LOL He just spoke there. Period. Wow!

Actually, Art blocks anyone on Twitter who dares to question him. An acquaintance of mine was blocked by Art for simply stating that he and Stoneking were not the first "Apostolics" to address the UN, as Art claimed. Bring facts to the table? BLOCK!!! That's a mark of someone who's not interested in truth, but in growing and maintaining his own little fiefdom.

Because he was being dishonest -- he said UN when Wilson said General Assembly.. (just like it was posted by the UN) there are even liars saying it wasn't the General Assembly. :foot tap the UN posted that it was the General Assembly High Level Debate
He's absolutely painting a different picture.. just to attack someone

Only your fictional account is about a guy going in at 3am when GC was not in session. We both know the error you made. This wasn't 3am, the UNGA was in session with the UN Secretary General, the Assistant Secretary General and the President of the General Assembly presiding over the event.

Facts are important. It'd be one thing if Wilson, Stoneking and others were claiming one thing and the official UN account had another.
Facts are important. And the facts disagree with your opinion of what happened.
"Promoting Toleranceand Reconciliation: The Potential for Religion inBuilding Bridges of Tolerance and Reconciliation - General Assembly, High-level thematic debate"
That isn't from Art Wilson, Lee Stoneking, Raymond Woodward, Art Hodges or anyone else. That's from the official UN account.

All of the people in the group photo were speakers at the same event that Lee Stoneking spoke at.

Re: Lee Stoneking Addresses UN
Ive went to Art Wilson Twitter
-- saw all the pictures of the UN (that was his team)
-- saw all the results
-- looked at the pictures of the 27th floor, bible study
-- saw that in august he posted 2 online pics --- then saw he post his own pics in September, there was no pressure on him from these wacked out social sites attacking him at that time.. he posted it in the normal feed. like it was routine.
it fits well that he posted online pics to give those who wanted to see what the chapel looked like and he picked one with people in it and then a few weeks later the other pics came and they were even nicer..
maybe we should at least thank God for what is happening
