I wasn't trying to bash musician of singers, seeing as I am one my self and have been on the platform in one positions or another for over 30 years.

But having been on the platform in close contact with other musicians and singer I have seen it first hand. There are some singers, musicians, and choir director that think the church can't have church without them.

Some have a bad attitude and think more highly of themselves than the should.
