Re: Cindy needs prayers

A beautiful Christian. I'm glad she's received her reward. To live is Christ to die is gain. Will miss her here.

Re: Please Keep Cindy's Family in prayer.

Is there any AFF member an acquaintance with her family or will attend the funeral?

I'm not making plans to attend but do plan on sending flowers. The flowers will simply be from "Been Thinkin'".

Re: Please Keep Cindy's Family in prayer.

My husband is Cynthia's brother. She is his baby sister. She has 6 adult children and the grandchildren keep multiplying so fast i can't keep up with them.Oh how she LOVED her Family ! She lost 2 children shortly after giving birth.
I only had brothers so Cynthia and her older sister have been like my real family..yep we had a few spats.I will try to put the children in order of age. ( I don't know their ages..sorry) Shawn, Perry, Robert, Christene, Rosa, April .

Logging in after a very, very long time away with tears in my eyes.

Sad...and shocked.

Re: Please Keep Cindy's Family in prayer.

Been Thinking.... I love the poem you wrote in tribute for Cindy! Thanks for using your poetic talent to remember Cindy in a special way.

Like BT, I too would like to know where to send condolences to the family, and if that address could be made available, I'm sure it would mean a lot to the family to receive cards/flowers from anyone here on AFF who would like to do so.

Re: Please Keep Cindy's Family in prayer.

I am so sad to read this thread.

I just didn't know she was that ill.

I told her I love her, but I wish I could have said it to her one more time.

I am really, really going to miss her.

She really cared for me. I know she loved and cared for a lot of people, but she was my Big Sis and I know... I know I am sure going to miss her.

Re: Please Keep Cindy's Family in prayer.

I read this when I got out of a movie. I am pretty good at keeping everything bottled up inside. Not today. Tears were shed for Cindy. Now I will go back to avoiding this thread.
