It pancaked because of the extreme weight on top slamming down onto the floor below it.
In addition, what better way to get a message across to your own people by planning a massive hijacking using foreigners, let a few people 'survive', allow hundreds of cops and firemen to go up several dozen floors knowing they won't get out alive because you are waiting for the building to start collapsing so you can detonate the explosives!

Oh, and how much money do you think the families of the suicide pilots got from the US for sacrificing their lives for such a wonderful plan?
And someone didn't do their job correctly when they failed to tip GWB off as to the military guys on the other plane that didn't make it to their destination.
And why did GWB order one of the planes into the Pentagon? Oh, that's right. Wasn't that the plane that didn't really exist? I think I read that when the fire was put out, there was no wreckage found. I guess all those names of the dead were just made up.
And to think GWB was reading to children when this all went down...to make himself look innocent, I'm sure.

And as I said before, as far as presidents go I don't think Bush was a great one. But you guys really are duped if you think Bush is the real orchestrator of 9/11 or any other global conspiracy. If any conspiracy were true, Bush is a lower fruit on the ladder....a mere foot soldier. No president has enough power to orchestrate a 9/11 and no leaks being reported from the FBI to the CIA. Anyone that thinks otherwise is deluded. IF there was any conspiracy at all, someone knew about their plans and decided NOT to stop them. The towers really DID pancake because of the trememdous heat, damage and the tonage weight pushing down on the floor underneath. Gravity is amazing.
In fact recently we had a freeway overpass collapse in the same mannor...the upper level fell and pancaked the other levels below it.
All it takes is to destroy the support and a LOT of weight. Had those jets hit the upper 2 or 3 floors (from the top) they would not have fell.
Even Osama was reported to have been shocked that those towers fell. If Bush was planning something using Osama's people, you'd think he'd have informed him of the plan!

Bush was part of it! You cannot prove GWB not guilty as well! That fat gal not done signing yet! Hopefully congress will be granted permission to open the files on GWB!
