No, it seems like the only times I get down that way I am either on my way to LAX (nightmare), the garment district (ugh) or when ever we are lucky enough to get to a concert or one of the museums (fun)!

Yea, the 405 is one of the worst nightmares of LA.
It's best to take a morning flight and drive the night
before- traffic is much better. Bkfd. has pretty good flights
these days I hear. although with this Gas crisis, I heard
that the smaller towns are going to take a hit

We have already lost two airlines here because of the fuel situation, the airfares out of here have jumped up considerably already. It is a mess.

It is. A lot of people i talk to say they just aren't going to
travel as much. luckily we have endless places & options
here for a holiday. I have 97,000 airlines miles I'm going to
use up and then only go when neccessary
