Yes. The church my kids attend rearranged service a couple weeks ago when the Packers were playing the Giants, and they are doing it again this weekend, even though the Pack isn't playing......LOL!

No more revivals that last for 6 weeks and everyone attend every service that takes place. Where I was raised, revival was every night but Monday and twice on Sundays. We went every service too!

I am not UPC but as far as Oneness churches in general:

No more prayer rooms and not as much prayer before church

Not as much visitation by the pastors

Not as much fellowshipping of the saints

Not as many sermons where the Spirit of God moves that draw people to the altar

That's true and very sad.

Esther, this is an excellent Thread. Why don't you cut and paste all these post that list the changes they've seen into one post.

Bro Arcovio preached for us sunday on the condition of the church. He was so right when he said that the glory is gone because the fear of God is gone.
We use to LOVE going to church every night.we couldn't wait to get there.
Now,we abhor it. We'd rather be at a birthday party or a football game. The love of many will wax cold....we are seeing this scripture come to pass in our day
