Wow, I guess we should just close down our church. We have an auditorium at our main campus that seats about 1200 people and over 4 services there each weekend and the 450 or so at our daughter work on a campus in a neighboring county we have 3500-4000 people each weekend.

The discussion is about effectively pastoring... which at that point the pastor only pastor's the staff.
