I noticed that from Di Maio also, but it certainly doesn't mean he was trying to get up and away. He could pull away to only come back for a more solid blow. So, it's speculation.

Bernie questions him on that again. Di Maio said that it is possible, but it is also consistent with GZ's testimony.

So now Pros is changing their story? I thought they've been saying GZ was on top? Now they've suddenly changed to "well, TM was on top, but he was trying to pull away!"



Nothing like having the witnesses and Def shred the Pros' original story, only to have the Pros create a new narrative.

I don't recall which witness testified in the affirmative for the blood being washed away due to rain, but I remember it being stated that could be true.

David or KWISS might be able to confirm.
