Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

We did BBQ today.

We did beef ribs w/ a dry rub and I made a traditional BBQ sauce for them.

We also grilled thick cut porkchops and I made a Peach BBQ sauce for them. Delicious!

Did corn on cob (on the grill) with an herb butter, also made beans and a salad. Tomorrow, leftovers.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

I am headed to the garden to pick basil.. gonna make fresh pesto!

BTW the best cracker ever for pesto and other fresh samplings is TRISCUT FIRE ROASTED TOMATO WITH OLIVE OIL.

We also had fresh sweet corn on the cob, baked potatoes and fresh cucumbers. Yummmm! I love summer time!
This is probably the ONLY thing Eddie and I agree on.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

We are in our motorhome evangelizing I loved grilling so I bought a small $15 grill at Walmart and grilled a marinated steak for myself and chicken for my beautiful wife, we did corn on the cob, she fixed me some homemade french fries, and cucumbers and tomatoes. It was good.

I agree strongly enough on this to have communion with both of you... oh wait Eddie is a liberal, and would insist on grape juice.

Skip it, I will eat my steak alone.

When you are on the road like that - what is your internet connection? WiFi, satellite or what?

What card? Where does the signal come from? Does it run off phone towers?
