All I will say about this is, a "believer" will want to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. One who refuses to be baptized in Jesus' name and has no desire to receive the Holy Spirit, is not a true believer. IMO

So therefore Felicity, you are saying that your Bible doesn’t teach you that you will speak in tongues when you receive the Holy Ghost?

Felicity said that "tongues" isn't a heaven/hell issue. She did not say anything similar to what you are alluding to.
