I would be interested in discussing this in the context of the affirmation statement debate. How long should one stay in an org if they come to disagree with even one of the articles they have previously agreed to believe, teach and practice?

Is this really an integrity issue?

Until God tells you to leave. We are not our own we are bought with a price.

We were involved in a huge church split - ending at the Supreme Court. One Sunday morning my husband said, "That's enough. I'm not going through any more."

We started driving out of town - heading for his former pastor's church. The Lord stopped him and told him to turn around and go back. He wasn't finished yet.

I learned more about God in my private prayer time than I did any other time in my life. He is faithful and will deliver. Stay the course and stay in His will.

He knows the end from the beginning. When we are being "made ready" it is not our choice of what we go through to get us there. He is the Potter and we are the clay.
