Sin can never enter there.

Those on the platform must be living right. No long haired men, or women who are cutting their hair, or anyone who owns a TV.

Plus our women wear their hair up on the platform. Not a sin , but looks better.
Ah, yah the little known "6-month lay-a-saint-away plan" . . .

And then there's the "6-month sin penalty" . . .

I can't remember reading either of those being a part of Jesus' ministry. But I may not have examined closely enough.

Well you don't attend here so don't worry about it.

PS there is a church about 17 miles away where you could go and do about anything you wanted to, so be my quest.

While many here consider this to be non-biblical, I find it in much of the Bible. I would post what I believe in regards to this, but it would just receive the same reception as anything else that is posted on holiness by a conservative.

There is much to be said about proving the work of a new believer. The Bible does speak about it and the guidelines are there.

It is clear that a new person should not be allowed into any type of leadership role, which the platform is a part of. It doesn't specify the length of time. That seems to be left up to the ministry to determine IMO.

Oh okay. I thought maybe you were on some kind of diet or something.

Is there a Biblical precedent for the 6-month time frame . . . or any time frame for that matter? I'm pretty sure there's none, but I'd like to know what this is based on.

What about Paul. I mean, the dude helped to KILL early apostolics! Yet, I read no such waiting period for this man.
