You know you're old when you mention being a fan of Michael Jackson's music and your kids say, 'I didn't know he sang, I thought he just played basketball!'
"Ever heard of Madonna?"
"Madonna who?"
*sigh*
I used to watch Frazier Thomas and the movie he narrated on the Sunday matinee when I'd go to a friend's house between church services.....LOL!
I watched a scary movie once. I don't recall the name, but it had to do with a nasty, crusty mummy, a beautiful woman, and she sacrificed young beauties by cutting their necks and collecting their blood in a chalice, then drinking it and offering it to the mummy.
As if that wasn't sick enough, he then kissed her. I remember his crusty nose touching her face and how sickening that looked. I was recalling that moment after I was home and in bed and suddenly vomited! LOL!

I like the Hulk.... he was soo dreamy... in a strange , green sort of way... lol

This thread is interesting... in Kansas we were not allowed to play video games because it might get back to the gestapo...
But I had a secondary thought... I wonder how many people who are rigid ultra-cons now, were wild and crazy at some point in their life -either not growing up in church or "backsliding" and then returning (like off the deep-end wild) and then moved back to an ultra-con position later in life. I see a lot of people who talk about all the wild rock and roll things they did back in the day but are conservative now (not pressing-on... and not just on this thread. lol). And some of us who seem to be able to control our impulses have never went that far off the deep-end in the first place so do not see the necessity of all of the extra rules.

Black and white and that's all it did.

I wore that thing out in no time. Does anyone here remember the Atari game where you shot the big blobs out of the sky?

Gee, I hate to admit that I remember the Atari. LOL You could have gone back to the sixties and I wouldn't have been born yet.

ideo games in the house were a sin when I was coming up. But me and the buddies would sneak down to the laundrty mat and play Ms. Pacman.
Somehow they had it souped up and she went real fast all the time.

This is too funny. I remember my dad spanking my behind for playing video games at "Showbiz Pizza." I had gone to eat with the girls from our church and I wasn't allowed to play the video games. Well, stupid me went home and told my parents that I had played Ms. PacMan. I learned it was better to lie about some things. LOL
