(edit) Actually, as long as perception is reality to a person, this mythology, designed to embody a spiritual principle, may be viewed as literal if that person desires, but please seek expanded knowledge here, via Psalms, etc., for definitions of "tree of life," and "tree of knowledge."

And once you have understood the above, there is no evil in Heaven, like your mind is imagining, ok? Only the potential. The actual manifestation of evil would remove it from Heaven.
