We should probably back it up a bit here.
Firstly, these women are wearing thier hair all in very very similar styles (and by similar... almost the exact same), and are wearing the exact same dress pattern only in 4 or 5 different colors.
If I were in Texas and were concerned I would be mistaken for the polygamists, I wouldn't run out and cut my hair and buy a pair of jeans. That's just silly.
Paul said the temple prostitutes are wearing their hair long and free without the veil, so stick the veil on so you aren't identified with them.
I would simply wear my hair differently, or down... and I have yet to see any of our woman wearing pioneer type dresses, so I don't think that would even be an issue.
