WHOOAAA Dan, You are not being labeled by that attitude, YOU are being labled because of the underlying criticism you have of the ministry and the things of God.

When you pick apart anything that smacks of real spirituality, you are considered a critic. You are constantly making little remarks here or there, and CS, RRFORD, Steadfast, Bro. Epley, Bro. Groce and even Newman ( ) see this. And with their ministry, they can pick up on the anything that smacks of an attitude toward them and the things of God. That's why they stay "after" you and chase you down on "little" things you say.

You've stepped into an arena that you, my young friend, are not prepared for.

I understand that evangelists need money to live and we pay our evangelists well, I DO NOT agree that the amount must be set, though. We have a small church and probably could not afford to have an evangelist through here if that the deal.

I feel that the larger churches should pay more, because, duh, they are larger and can afford to, but I also feel that if you have an evangelist, you need to make sure and take care of them as absolutely best as you can. You are not "paying the evangelist ( or preacher or pastor for that matter) you are reflecting how you feel about God in the payment.

That's my opinion.

I would not expect anything less ... Lady CS. You are very good wife.

I will remind you that not even the Apostles agreed on everything including attitudes.

This has NOTHING to do with "being a good wife" I don't agree with him on everything, but this one thing I do. I can "smell a rat" ( or an attitude ) when I see one.

Let me ask you a question..

Are you a preacher? I don't know if you are or not, I haven't been told.

Oh boy ... I love these inquisitions since they usually end up with the same pre-conceived notions .... and so I will answer yes. Aren't we all?

No.

I'm not.

Just answer my question....Are you a pastor or an evangelist?
