You are right. She told me about this date a month ago then didn't mention it again until this morning. I was so looking forward to relaxing after a long week tonight! If she had at least told me a few days ago I could have prepared for a very long day.
She said I will like this venue because it is non smoking. Something rare in Nashville.
Her last gig was in a blues club and while I enjoyed it I almost passed out from the cigarette smoke.

We're fixing to watch a movie mentioned by PO on a thread...
The movie is Miss Potter...I'm eager to see it and give my expert review.

Just return from my son's house that he closed on yesterday. They are really excited about doing a few things to it and painting all the rooms.
Since it's about 20 minutes south of me in MS, I was able to stop at a roadside veggie stand and buy fresh okra, tomatoes and a watermelon, so I'm going to fry okra for dinner tonight.
Then I will listen to a new Robin Thicke CD while I pack things in the kitchen. Just 10 days until I move.

Just a new apt. It's about 4-5 miles from where I am now. They are only about a year old and have security systems in them for the same as what I'm paying now.
Also, it has an attached garage, so that's a plus. I just found out the home I sold two years ago just sold again for $25K more than what I got for it and I thought I was asking too much.....good grief!

Just finished watching the movie and it is wonderful...I'm going to google Beatix Potter and see how close it is to real life, but I highly recommend this DVD.
Thank you, PO, for mentioning it to whoever on that thread that I can't remember the name of.

The thread is the one where we're discussing PO talking like a hick, or I mean slow.
I like Renee Z., so I'll probably watch it.
