We just got home from Red Lobster (Ultimate Feast for me and Surf and Turf for her) and then stopped and picked up a dozen Krispy Kremes hot off the fryer.

That's what we should have done. I did baby back ribs, and, well, let's just say I've done better.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

My sister and I went to McAllisters. It was her birthday. I had Ceasar salad w/ chicken, she had a panini and bowl of lentil soup. No kids, no husbands, just us. We sat and talked and laughed nearly 2 1/2 hrs. I gave her a gift and then went home and e-mailed her "Stand by your Man" by Tammy Wynette on You Tube. When we were young teens she used to drive me crazy singing that song! Nothing like good food and great company!

You want your baby's back?

The best consistently good baby back ribs I ever seem to get are at Chili's.

Yep, they're very good! My son almost always orders them, when we go there.

What with the unnatural and carnal lusts of the people of Kentucky and their subsequent pain, I can't afford to go out as much as I once did.

Now, when the gays were flouncing around San Fran. we could afford to eat out a lot more. But once those Kentuckians let up on their prayer lives I've had to pick up pop cans just to afford some peanut butter... and then this peanut butter thing in the news!

Lousy, no good Kentuckians...
