You need to quit lumping all of the GOP into one group...

Ok.
I will try to be more careful to not lump all of the GOP together in my criticisms of the GOP. Of course I don't believe all of the GOP to be bellicose beasts-- I'm a registered Republican. It's just that most of the time, most of the stuff I comment on, elements of the GOP are involved, but the rest of the GOP is silent.
This is similar to the criticism that Muslims endure when for a long time they would not speak out against violent extremism and terrorism.

JD - what reaction do you get when you tell people at church or work when you say you are registered Repub?
Just curious, as I am the first one in my family to be a Republican.
And had to endure some provoking, because of it.

Ted Cruz has just about everyone gunning against him like he did when he ran for the Senate (all the Establishment Republicans were against him), yet, he pulled it off. We shall see.
Even if Trump's short-sighted supporters get him elected, I have supported the best man on stage. That is my satisfaction. He will always have more integrity than all the others. He hasn't slandered or lied about anyone like Trump, Rubio, Rand Paul and Hucksterbee.
Ted Cruz has never and would never belittle people and throw his weight around like Donald Trump.

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
Besides, David, among all the candidates in Iowa, Donald Trump has the highest negatives 54%. Ted has the highest positives at 76%.

TED CRUZ: If Trump wins Iowa and New Hampshire he may be unstoppable — [VIDEO]
10 short video clips - all good.
In the first three he speaks to a private group of pastors in Iowa. His father is with him which is awesome - family values.

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
“For this Caucus in 6 days, this is what Conservatives need to be thinking about. Which revolution to they want to fight? Trump’s French Revolution which is crude, which is power to the people, power to the mob, which is unpredictable and you don’t know how it is going to end? Or do they want to fight the American Revolution, which is liberty by the rule of law, that our rights come from God? These are the sorts of things that Ted Cruz stands for. And that is what I would encourage the conservatives in Iowa to be thinking about these last six days. “ – Steve Deace
