We are discussing a report from a man whose integrity is impeccable and personally vouched for by many men of reputation across the country.

Of course, none of that matters if you choose to still be a cynic, and that is your privilege.

But this isn't snake oil; it is a real event that happened a few days ago.

Thats exactly it. A scenario is created where simply questioning someone is tat amount to blasphemy. This is just as dangerous, and indeed the flip side, to having no accountability.
I simply know how things like this "are done" and believe me IF I WANTED to (not that I would dare to) I could fool an awful lot of people with my ability to "read" them and tell them things that only THEY would know about.
Of course as an amateur magician, I have run into my fair share of fellow Christians who were fine with a few tricks I did UNTIL I pulled out my big guns (or "money" tricks as they are known) and completely baffled them to the point that it "MUST have been of the devil!". Now imagine if I meant to pull the wool over their eyes, aka, Uri Geller?

I will pray that you find a place of repentance for the continued calling of a man of God a liar! Where I come from it would take a whole lot of Holy Ghost to keep me from calling you out for calling me a liar were I the target of your accusations. Your words are highly offensive and based on pure carnality... there is not an ounce of spiritual discernment in anything you have posted. Your posts are jaundiced, vitriolic expressions of unmitigated doubt!

RW is NOT expressing doubt. He is accusing the evangelist of bald face lying and putting on a show! If it were me I would be giving him a personal invitation for a knuckle sandwich. His expressions are untoward and uncalled for!

Sheltie Dad is expressing doubt. He has openly stated that he is not a man of faith. RW, on the other hand, claims to be more Apostolic than you! and a man of faith. He is calling one preacher a baldfaced liar and snake oil salesman and another the same by proxy!

There is nothing riles me up much more than someone calling me a liar! In this case I am riled for he who is not here to defend himself!

Yes I have and I leave w/ the impression that he is doubtful ... emphasizing other possible scenarios ... he uses the word "could" various times.

I think there is an inability to compartmentalize, here. I understand that to many Steadfast is of kindred spirit and perspective to many of you .... yet is the same measure used when "non-Apostolic" prophets are castigated and held to the fire ....???? I do not know Steadfast as many of you do... and I believe ...

but I cannot make blanket assertions about RW because he has doubts ....

I am sure there were people in those services ... Apostolics albeit ... filled w/ doubt ... this does not make Steadfast a liar or those who doubted ... as unbelievers that should be marked
