I think Pastor Ps initial post is good and wise advice. I'm glad he made the points he did. Pastors and others need to take heed in my opinion but then I'm not in on any of the gossip circles and so know nothing about whatever problem/s there've been.

I personally view this Forum, on Biblical and organizational issues, as a Board meeting of sorts.

You can't spew out all of your feelings because that puts others on the defensive. You can't make it look like the world is falling apart because you disagree with some issues.

There has to be an intelligent way to express your opinions, disagreements, etc. without putting every single person in that box. Not every single person is going to fit.

If our posts don't come across as respectable - you are probably going to have fallout.

Anyone been in a heated Ladies Meeting? That's the best example I can give.
